Tamilan Book of Records has a specific refund policy on all payment aspects. The Interim Details of the Refund Policy are as follows:
The refunds with regard to certificate purchases will be acceptable only for the following aspects:
1. Damage in the Certificate from our side.
2. Content of the Certificate Printed by us with Errors.
3. If the Certificate is not dispatched within 12 working days.
4. Any type of negligence from our side.
Incase of the above mentioned reasons the payment received from the applicant will be refunded within 30 working days. The refund will be done only by way of RTGS/NEFT transfers.
In case of Adjudication the refund policy is applicable during the following circumstances:
If the adjudicator has not turned to the event and his presence is completely not available.
If adjudicator failed to adjudicate due to incompetence in any manner it may be. In case of Fast Track Services the refund policy is applicable during the following circumstances:
If the Editorial Team or Records Management Team has not responded to the applicant with the Guidelines Pack for the Specific Record within a maximum period of 12 working days.
