Under this service, an Official Adjudicator is deployed directly to your event to witness your record attempt in person, review all supporting documentation, and deliver an immediate verdict on the spot. It is the fastest and most prestigious route to receiving your official certification as a Tamilan Book of Records holder.

* Adjudication Fee is exclusive of travel, food, and accommodation expenses for the Official Adjudicator.

How to Opt for Adjudication Service

The Adjudication Service can be selected at any point during your application process — either at the time of initial submission or at a later stage. The procedure is simple and straightforward:

Choose the Adjudication Service while completing or updating your application form in the Members Login portal.

2. Complete the Payment

Pay the Adjudication Service Fee of ₹25,000.00 through the prescribed payment channel. Please note that this fee does not cover the Official Adjudicator's travel, food, or accommodation expenses, which are to be borne separately by the applicant.

3. Receive Confirmation & Deployment Details

Upon successful payment, our team will confirm your Adjudication Service booking and coordinate the deployment of an Official Adjudicator to your event.

What Happens on the Day

On the day of your record attempt, the Official Adjudicator will be present at the venue and will carry out the following:
